Competency Based Education is available now in Moodle core but it needs the competency frameworks to be added manually one by one. Damyon Wiese – Development Team Manager at Moodle, and the person behind development of CBE in Moodle, has shared the plugins to import competency frameworks in CSV and RDF formats.
The plugins can imports and exports all data contained in the competency framework including related competencies, and any configured competency rules. The plugins are important for sharing competency frameworks between multiple Moodle sites and importing the existing frameworks.
