If you’re bugged by working on developing or using a Moodle course on a small screen or are distracted by blocks that won’t be deleted, the University of Nottingham and Barry Oosthuizen have created a toggle that lets users make the main Moodle area (most often the center column on sites) take up the full screen. Docked blocks will remain but all other blocks will be temporarily hidden while the content is now fullscreen maximizing the real estate given to activities and resources within a course.
Scroll down the page and the icon will follow you staying easily accessible near the top of the browser in the right hand corner. When installed as a user you can also tap Ctrl+Alt+b to toggle fullscreen off and on.
Pretty slick!
