Here’s a quick video that highlights the ways that you can look up student activity to verify that students have reviewed material, participated in course and completed required exercises. The reports and logs in Moodle are a great way to validate whether or not students are staying pace and reading what they need to be within a given course.
Log reports can be configured by activity, time frame, student/user, group, days actions, and more. Reports can also be exported for manipulation in Excel or other spreadsheet programs.
