Theme: Laura is a kid-friendly theme for Moodle

Laura theme by Themza.com is a kid-friendly theme with bright colors and approachable cartoon students in the header. The standard, fixed width theme (non responsive) is ripe for an upgrade to more current compatibility. But I was able to install it and the theme still looks good (it even has docking).
