In order to match the pace with with Ai is seemingly disrupting every sector – including learning – the Summit will be delivered virtually.
In so doing, we not only have the ability to include more expert presenters, we can also offer multiple formats that allow our audience to actually engage with the Tools Of Today in real time.
The Summit will feature the following options for our audience to learn and engage – before, during and after the event.
Ai In Learning will feature both Live and Pre-Recorded video sessions. We will use StreamYard to broadcast the entire live on YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook simultaneously to ensure the widest reach possible. All Live sessions will be recorded and these recordings (along with the pre-recorded material) will be available to all attendees for 24 hours. After that time, all sessions will be placed behind a paywall that is only accessible by All Access Pass Holders.
Ai In Learning will Launch on June 20-22, 2023. However, this is only the beginning of the experience for both attendees and partners. Open LMS will continue to ADD content in the form of new presentations, workshops, demonstrations and more to the Summit every month. This new content will follow the same access rules as the live launch.
Ai In Learning has created a Discord Server that will be used exclusively for the Summit - before, during and after the launch event. All Attendees will be invited to join the Discord in order to interact with other participants, comment on presentations, and share their experiences with Ai In Learning. Most importantly, while attendees will be encouraged to participate during the launch, Open LMS will continue to nurture these conversations as we continue to provide new content after the launch.
Ai In Learning will encourage our partners to join us as presenters. There will also be ample opportunities, at designated times and locations (e.g. specific Discord Channels) to hold live presentations of Ai Tools and services. Our goal is to make this event as interactive and "hands on" as possible.
