Few actions show commitment to the open source community, as well as a team’s expertise and strengths, like a contribution to the Moodle Plugin Directory.
A Moodle-based consultant firm from Tamilnadu, LMSACE is showcasing “Enlightlite,” a Moodle theme catered to its university, school, and online learning customers. It is responsive, multilingual with RTL (Right-to-left languages) support, and highly customizable. Consistent menus across pages allow users to quickly change the color scheme to any of the five that come built-in without going to a specific page.
Another distinguishing feature of “Enlightlite” is the “Megamenu,” which displays the available courses on the Moodle site from any page.
A live demo of “Enlightlite” is available at enlight.lmsace.com. It features more than 60 free courses, including samples from Moodle’s official OER store, Moodle.net. The theme’s enriched customization capabilities are on full display here.
The latest version of “Enlightlite,” version 1.5, extends the compatibility with Moodle 3.2 to Moodle 3.3 and fixes a few issues with the header, footer, and front page. Plans to update it to Moodle 3.4 and extend compatibility with SCSS are underway.
Since its launch last September, the theme has been downloaded close to 300 times. Install or download “Enlightlite” from the Moodle Plugin Directory.
